When I started training in April, I weighed 86 kg. Over the previous four years, I had gained around 15 kg — and it didn’t seem to be slowing down. At 34, I realised it was time to take control of my health before things got out of hand.

I began training twice a week with Lianne, who made the sessions both challenging and enjoyable. She helped me get started with the right mindset and introduced structure back into my routine. When she moved to France, I continued with Tim, and Jeffrey provided me with a complete food and lifestyle plan to match my goals.

Within just a few months, I dropped to around 75 kg, and have now stabilised comfortably around 76 kg.— a loss of 10 kg —

Beyond the numbers, I feel much better mentally. I’ve learned that my weight can fluctuate, but I now know how to manage it before it runs away again. I’ve become stronger, more confident, and more in control of my choices.

The journey hasn’t just been about losing weight — it’s been about gaining balance, strength, and awareness. I’m now focusing on building muscle while keeping that balance, and for the first time in years, I feel truly in control of my health.’
